Gloss Boss is a small business, and this policy is written the way we'd want to read it. Here's exactly what happens with your information.
The short version
We keep it simple: we only collect what we need to get your gloss to you, run our classes, and send you the perks you signed up for. We never sell your information, and we don't spam. Period.
What we collect
Account info: when you create an account, we store your name, email, and (optionally) your phone number and shipping address so checkout and classes are faster next time.
VIP Gloss Club: if you join the email list, we store your email address so we can send discounts, restock alerts, and class announcements.
Contact messages: when you reach out through our Contact page, we use the name, email, and message you provide to reply to you.
Order info: when you place an order, we keep your name, email, shipping details, and what you ordered so we can fulfill it and help if something goes wrong.
Payments
Checkout happens with Cash App. Your payment is processed entirely by Cash App — we never see or store your card numbers, bank details, or Cash App login. We only see your name and payment note so we can match your payment to your order.
Sign-in with Google
If you sign in with Google, Google shares your name and email with us to create your account. We don't get your Google password and we never post anything on your behalf.

To ship your order and answer your questions.
To run Gloss Boss Academy classes you enroll in.
To send VIP Gloss Club emails — only if you joined, and you can unsubscribe anytime.
To make the site better. We look at overall patterns (like which products are popular), never your personal details.
What we never do
We never sell, rent, or trade your information.
We never send spam. If you're on the VIP list, it's gloss news only.
We never ask for your passwords, card numbers, or bank info by email or DM. If someone claiming to be us does, don't respond.
Your choices
Unsubscribe from VIP emails anytime using the link at the bottom of any email.
Ask us to update or delete your account info — just reach out through the Contact page or DM @brislips_ and we'll take care of it.
