Email Response Policy

We read every message that comes in, and we reply as fast as a small business run by one person can — usually within 1–2 business days. If it's an order problem, we bump it to the front of the line.

Order questions and payment issues: within 1 business day.

Class questions and Starter Kit help: within 1–2 business days.

Everything else (collabs, bulk orders, just saying hi): within 2–3 business days.

Business days are Monday through Friday. Messages sent on weekends or holidays get answered on the next business day.

If you write through the Contact page, we reply to the email address you gave us — so double-check it's spelled right.

If you DM us on Instagram or TikTok, we reply right there in your DMs.

We'll never reply from a different email address asking for your password, card number, or Cash App login. If you get one like that, it's not us — don't respond.

If you joined the VIP list, you'll hear from us about discounts, restocks, and class announcements — gloss news only.

Every VIP email has an unsubscribe link at the bottom. One tap and you're off the list, no hard feelings.

Being on the VIP list is completely optional. Ordering from us or taking a class never adds you automatically.

After you place an order and send your Cash App payment, we'll confirm your order by email (if you gave us one) or by DM, so you know it landed.

If you paid but haven't heard anything after 2 business days, check the email address you entered and then reach out — we'd rather double-check than have you worry.

We never sell or share your email address.

We never send more than about one VIP email a week — no daily spam.

We never ask for your passwords, card numbers, or bank info by email or DM. If someone claiming to be us does, don't respond.
