Shipping Policy

Every order is packed by hand by Bri herself. After your Cash App payment is confirmed, your order goes out within 3–5 business days (weekends and holidays don't count). Starter Kits ship on the same schedule.

Right now we ship within the United States. Want us to ship somewhere else? Reach out through the Contact page and we'll see what we can do.

Once your order ships, your lip gloss usually arrives in 3–5 business days. Starter Kits take a little longer — expect yours in 5–8 business days. Everything is packed carefully so it arrives intact — gloss bases can soften in extreme heat, so we don't recommend leaving packages in a hot mailbox all day.

We'll let you know when your order is on its way. If you included an email, you'll get your confirmation and tracking info there — otherwise keep an eye on your DMs.

Gloss Boss Academy classes aren't physical products. After you enroll, we'll send you the date, time, and location (or video-call link) directly — no shipping needed. Class materials are provided at the session.

If your package shows up damaged or hasn't arrived within 15 business days of shipping, message us within 7 days through the Contact page with your name and payment note, and we'll make it right.
